Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
By purchasing tickets to any event presented or supported by the Wave of Harmony Foundation (“WHF”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Refunds, Exchanges & Donations
Tickets may be refunded, exchanged, or converted into a donation to the Wave of Harmony Foundation, subject to request within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event. Requests made after the event date may not be accommodated.
2. Event Changes
WHF reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, performers, and programming. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified with available options, including refunds, exchanges, or donation conversion.
3. Ticket Holder Responsibility
Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing all event details prior to purchase. WHF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
4. Admission & Conduct
Admission to events is subject to venue policies. WHF reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.
5. Use of Likeness
By attending a WHF event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used in promotional materials, media, and marketing without compensation.
6. Communications & Marketing Consent
By providing your contact information at checkout, you consent to receive event updates, newsletters, and communications from the Wave of Harmony Foundation via email and/or SMS. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
7. Force Majeure
WHF is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, public health concerns, or government restrictions.
8. Support of Mission
All purchases directly support the Wave of Harmony Foundation’s mission to expand access to the performing arts, empower youth, support community and create opportunity through the performing arts.
